I just finished it. I think this is the first time WoW has ever really touched me emotionally and caused me to cry. It was a beautiful questline.

Agreed, absolutely beautiful. I lost my grandmother to Alzheimer’s and towards the end her dementia got really bad so this questline really hit home for me.
But in a bittersweet way, it almost felt like I was hanging out with her again when Korgran first started losing his memory. It reminded me of when I would spend time with her everyday at her nursing home. When she didn’t recognize me I was just a new friend she was making and would talk to, but those brief moments where Korgran remembered what was going on, it reminded me of the joy I felt when she would remember everything.
Thank you for this Blizzard, I was not expecting it at all.
My eyes leaked manly tears as I completed that quest chain. I was touched.
