Mounts and appearances tied to Shadowlands covenants

I think it’s time to make these all just unlocked without being tied to the covenants so we don’t have to go back and change every time we want to use a certain mount or appearance

They are tied to the covenant? I could have sworn all my guys can use them once they are unlocked.

i believe currently if one of your characters has 80 renown or maybe 60 renown in a covenant they unlock the mounts and mogs for all characters you have

That must be it. I have each one maxed.

Yeah as long as a character is max renown with a covenant, any character on the account can use that covenants exclusive mounts.

I just tried it I switched from Maldraxxus to Revendreth and I could no long ride the bug mount I was just on but could use the Revendreath ones and my Madraxxus appernces sets were gone but I would now use the Revendreth ones.

EDIT: Also when levling up a character those mounts and sets are locked until I go to Orobos and pick one.

Are you max renown?

I have no trouble using any covenant mount on my character so I’m not sure.

Not with all of them but if that’s still a thing it’s still needs to be changed I should be able to use the things I did earn regardless.

You can. Getting max renown with a covenant is how you earn the appearances permanently.

if you have some alts you can go buy the 60 renown item from a vendor near the flight path in oribos, skip the storylines until 9.2 then just do those quests you can get quite a few renown levels from it

I did the with one of them I have to go and figure out which one I’m not maxed out with probably Maldraxass they place was horrible and I couldn’t wait to be done with it and some how the Maw managed to be worse
