Mountain Thane should have been Arms and Colossus should have been Fury

The themes would have worked better in my honest opinion.

Since they wanna have Demolish so badly it could have been a nice replacer for rampage.

There are a lot of hero specs for other classes that would make better sense swapped but this is a warrior area so i won’t bring that in here.

I’d disagree with this heavily from a thematic pov, Colossus being about building up a precise strike to then lay waste works perfectly for Arms and imo is one of the best additions to the spec in a long time.

Both Mountain Thane and Slayer are more frenetic playstyles, so that works perfectly for fury since it’s always been the less calculated gameplay between the warrior specs.

Slayer is also a perfect cross section between Arms/Fury since it allows both specs to focus on two key abilities of Bladestorm and Execute while giving them the blademaster theme sans the invisibility and clones, although they really should’ve just called this blademaster and had slaying strikes incorporate an after image appearing to strike from a different angle and just not included the invisibility at all.

considering Mountain Thane is based on the Mountain King hero unit from warcraft 3, and Mountain King dual wields and only Fury dual wields, I am going to disagree with you.

Thematically, not at all. I think all specs should have all hero trees, but blizzard is almost certainly holding that for an easy major patch “feature” because actually making new content is foreign to them when they can just reuse something they already did.
