The same thing happened with the FFXIV mountain dew mount collab, and I don’t think it ever got resolved.
I live in Longview but have traveled everywhere from Longview up to Mt pleasant and west up to east tawakoni and over towards mineola and lindale. I also visited more then a few stores in Tyler and Palestine area. Was a bit wild I couldn’t find anything except 1 bag of Doritos with the codes for all of that traveling done. Found nothing until the day I made this post Kroger stocked some of that citrus cherry in Longview next to my house.
Yes, reward items are limited by the available supplies that were batched to this program. So while the eligible items are still in circulation, these rewards should be available.
The bike is up - as in I just copped mines on Mountain Dew page earlier today
Just picked a 12 pack up and the code gave me enough for the back in stock mount and a chill bot pet.

And you would have passed by over a dozen Dollar General stores in that area that you could have gone to their cold beverage racks and grabbed a half dozen 20oz bottles of standard issue Mt Dew with the Xbox logo on the label for 100pts each. Not the cheapest route, and you can only enter 5 codes per day, but you would have had less product to deal with and fewer stops to look.
Loves, Cefco, Buc-ees, Kim’s, Dukes, One99, Quiktrip, etc.
Tons of spots around there.
I actually stopped at a couple of dollar generals as well. Not gonna lie and say I stopped at a ton because I hate dollar stores. Also worth noting I was working and don’t have all day to search every store in the area but I did stop at a ton of gas stations, Walmarts, brookshires, and Kroger’s. Was just real surprised I didn’t see them stocked anywhere I went in that wide of an area. However, I did eventually find and I noticed they stocked the mount again so I don’t fill like my money was wasted now.

Yeah. It never hurts to check the places you wouldn’t normally look. It was in some random convenience store for me that I would have normally overlooked if not for the fact that I was on the way to and from somewhere else and it was like, right there. The cooler was packed with Diablo 4 bottles. I had to wait until midnight that day to put the final code in but that was a small price to pay, all things considered.
I live in Allen and all of the Kroger’s, Racetrack’s, QT’s, Walmart’s, and 7/11’s around me, pretty much all of North Texas. All of the specially-marked MTN DEW® products do not have any codes at all and it’s been this way since the release of the promo.
If the codes are printed…here in North Texas they are not on any of the products…
Old post but wanted to share if you didn’t know, you don’t need the specific Warcraft flavors, any product with the Xbox whatever label counts.
They seem hard to find. I lucked out weeks ago and found 12 packs of the cherry citrus stuff that gives twice the points of normal Dew. So, I bought three. That gave me way too many points for just the WoW stuff, the only stuff I want. I haven’t redeemed the third pack’s code because I only need like 300 points for the last WoW I item. I figured I’d just wait and buy a 300 point item and send the 12 pack code to a friend…
But I’ve seen ZERO more promotional packaging of ANYTHING since, no drinks, no Doritos, nothing. So, at this point I’m just going to use the last code, get the last item, and just forget about the wasted points. It’s kinda insane how hard it is to find these promotional packages, and at this point I 100% believe anyone who says they’ve never seen any.
At least the cherry citrus turned out to be drinkable. Not a fan, but it’s not awful. Gonna be drinking it for awhile since I don’t drink more than one can of soda a day.
Yah I eventually found the Kroger near my house had 1 pallet with the citrus cherry that had the codes. After that pallet was gone, by the end of the day, they haven’t restocked any of the mountain dews with the codes in them. I was going to buy another box to donate for a guild raffle but again…haven’t seen another box anywhere in East Texas along my travels. Just surprising. And I’m checking all of the flavors. None of them have the promotion listed on the box.

I currently can’t even enter any codes because my account for Mountain Dew Gaming was suspended for literally no reason at all.
I think any reasonable person would assume this would have more to do with the physical soda’s than a digital item in a video game.
same here. my local grocer got exactly one pallet in and that was it. worst promotion ever. whats even the point of this promotion if barely anyone can try the flavors?

This is the stupidest reply. We know the rewards were limited troll. The point being is people are unable to participate in the promotion. It’s not because people are rushing to the stores and buying up the soda …it’s because the sodas weren’t available at the stores, from the start of the promotion. Now as I stated before, and others did as well, I was able to find a 12 pack to get the mount, just recently. I have a few guildies that were unable to find any of the promotional items either and clearly there’s people here who had the same issue. Stating there’s limited availability is not the same thing as stores just simply not stocking the promotional boxes. I don’t know if that’s on mountain dew not sending out the new products or because stores haven’t cycled the stock out yet but it matters little to the consumer.
