Walking speeds are being calculated correctly for some reason. It seems to be a mount thing exclusively.

Bump… Blizzard, please… An official response at least. We wouldn’t mind it if you acknowledged the problem and explained that it can’t be fixed easily.

This is still bugged. Mount speed is calculated incorrectly causing items such as “Carrot on a stick”, which should boost mount speed by 3%, only boost mount speed by 1.5% with an epic mount.

Latest PTR patch notes for the AQ40 patch:
“- Fixed an issue that caused some items with running or mount speed bonuses to not correctly stack multiplicatively.”

Edit: Just logged onto the PTR to test it, can CONFIRM IT’S FIXED!
LOL this isn’t a win, it took 9 months for them to fix something and gave no feedback they knew it was a bug.
