Can we have mount racing? We have over 500 mounts that honestly do the same thing… either run or fly. What if next expansion we get a race? We could have one place with a stable similar to the garrison one where you have the mounts you are investing in.
Yes, investing, cause you will be spending gold/resources to make them more powerful in the race. Food, saddles, whatever you need to boost your mounts talbukpower. Then, you can sign them up for the race where you get to show your racing skills. Racing through famous places (from one side of warsong gulch to the other, crossing the barrens, running in laps in oribos)
We could have separate categories for ground mounts and flying mounts. Flying through the skies of Bastion, or outlands… these could work like the already in game world quests or even the pandaria dragon training ones.
Some mounts could have a special boost if you have the matching pet. Maybe some of the rewards could include a special saddled version of some mounts, more stuff for the stable, a stable boy mog, whatever. We could even bring the argent tournament fights back just for the laughs.
It will definitely be better than archeology.
