Mount not rewarded after filling Trader Journal

Hello,

My tender was given by the mount Ash’adar was not in mailbox, trade chest, or prompted into my bags. When I tried to relog it actually reset my entire progression bar while keeping the quests shown as done. After waking up this morning and logging in again, the progression bar showed back up and filled to the max but still no mount.
