I went to mount up using a mount macro in old-world Eastern Kingdoms only to discover my macro did not work. After looking at the macro I found that the text for my mount (Reins of the Swift Frostsaber) was invalid. I assumed it was only called Swift Frostsaber now, so I tried that and still did not work. So I opened my mounts tab and guess what…my Swift Frostsaber is gone. WTF Blizz?! I’m betting I’m not the only one this is happening to either. Restore/return our missing mounts, or refund us the gold we paid for them so we can buy them back.
Out of curiosity, is the item for it still in your bags? If so, you can click on it now to learn the mount and it should go into your journal
Nope, it’s gone gone. Not in the bags, not in the mounts tab, not in the bank…gone gone. And I have used it since the prepatch launched, which is extra weird.
