that event is all mounts to date players are seeing profession mounts and i think store mounts if i am not mistaken
I think it’s just supposed to be a fun little event. Try not to take it so seriously.
Plus, it’d be really cool to either be the guy who has that mount and shows it off or get to see it. At least, it would be for me.

A lot of time there are freebies like DF dragonriding mounts and trading post mounts.
Then there are the Black Qiraji Battle Tanks, Spectral Tigers, Swift Zulian Tigers.
I haven’t been able to do any at 15/15 but got 12-14 of 15 a few times. Still, no benefit to getting all 15.
I saw a scarab lord in the wild around the end of DF. They’re out there.
The straw that broke the camels back happened long ago with regard to forum whining, but the recent posts about mount mania being “bs” hammered an additional nail into an already overly sealed coffin.
It’s a mini event. With two achievements. That you don’t need to win to attain.
I truly, truly don’t understand why anyone cares even .0000001%.

Mount mania reminds me of those game on miniclip . com when I was 7 years old. We’re in 2024 and that’s what they have to give us as a celebration event. LMAO
The point of the event is to create FOMO. Some of that will result in folks spending large amounts of gold on vendor mounts. Which encourages the purchase of WoW tokens. QED
