After I did everything BFA has to offer I decided to mount farm, I did not expect much but to my surprise I got “Invincible” from ICC after 11 runs, I did not stop there I had the undead vibe going so I ran Strat, and after a lowly 41 runs I got Rivendare’s Deathcharger! I did not stop there I was on a roll! Then I got Ravenlord in 30 runs, both brewfest mounts in the same week!. Ashes 47 runs, Aeonaxx mount in 5 hours of camping, Flametalon from Firelands 28 runs, Mythic Jaina Mount 8 runs. I just cant explain my luck… My friends are all in shock as well. Anyone else have luck like this? Is there an explanation for this?
I got invincible after 30 sum runs in the same night got ashes around the same amount.
Another day I got the Astral Cloud Serpent, the Legion Midnight, and both the drakes From Eye Of Eternity.

My luck has been so bad! i’ve legit had to sit here day after DAY! and watch him get mounts (I know Voide IRL) i have triple his runs on all of the mounts he’s gotten!!
I got Invincible after eight years of running weekly on 8-10 characters. My friends say my luck is unreal and they wish they were me.

No they are actually mad they are saying the want to sub on other accounts for more chances.
a friend of mine was on a mount streak a few weeks ago she got like 7 old mounts in a week
I also just obtained Mimiron’s head after 8 runs.
I got fel annihilator 3 weeks into a 4 char rotation. So roughly 12 times.
RNG has not been kind for others like black rock. Invincible, etc since then.
I mean you certainly ran above average in luck, but this isn’t lottery numbers. If you got them all first try when you began your farm, then it’d be impressive.

Some people have 100s of runs on some the mounts he got with little effort, i just don’t understand how it’s even possible. what he’s gotten in a month, people have farmed years for. no question, his luck is extraordinary…

I actually got mine on my first time through, ever.
My guild is pretty awesome, so I felt I had to help a bunch more of them get it in future runs.
Took a few months, but there were a whole lot of mounts earned.
I have the opposite of mount luck. I have over 300 runs on VP and no Drake of the North Wind.
Also a Guildie of mine got Invincible this week on his 3rd try. I hate him.

I’m still trying, you just have stupid luck. A lot of us have been farming some of these mounts for YEARS to no avail. RNG like this is why people get so toxic.
When the Cataclysm revamp came, I joked to my guild that I should run Stratholme on my DK just to make sure the mount still drops from Rivendare. It dropped. That was funny (but I already had it, so not a big deal).
I did get Midnight from Karazhan recently, which means I have both versions of it now, which is cool.
I’m happy for you, but I’ll never change my mind that mounts that were attained from heroic/mythic end bosses should have been removed at the end of their expansions. Same with titles.

when i came back in may/june, i ran HFC and BRF for gold. didn’t realize mounts dropped. HFC was first, took me a minute to realize the mount dropped, linked it to my guild, and they all said grats (they were in nyalotha). next night, they were in nyalotha again, and i decided to hit BRF. got to the last boss, saw the mount drop, and was perplexed. asked my guild how rare the WoD mounts were and linked it. some didn’t believe it, but others were kinda pissed at my luck (which, for mounts, has historically been excellent, with a few notable exceptions.)
