Dragons and mounts is really the only reason I still play so I will spend the last 8 days on my subscription talking about them, Since we can repaint the mechano-cat and we have the season changing tree ancient, Do you see blizzard allowing mount customization in the future if it becomes high in demand? This will be a large task but low priority so I would understand why it would be on the back burner. I think for the drake mounts we can have variations of their respective colors(Red, Garnet, Pink, Orange,etc for the red drake), for the Saber cats can have the much desired Bengal tiger colors and maybe a spotted version(cheetah, leopard, etc) We have a ton of horse mounts but they’re usually a solid color except that one horse that no one uses. Mount customization could also be swapping saddle models or getting rid of those banners on the pvp mounts, During legion datamining we seen different colors of the new midnight model which was given to the new horsemen of the ebon blade. Also think being able to toggle on and off particles would be nice. Going back to saddle swapping, I don’t know how this would work with the Drakes of the Wind because I’m pretty sure their Saddle model is connected to the rest of their armor and they’re also on the more bulky side dragon wise so resizing the saddle to fit other models will be a task. Unique mounts like Experiment 12-B, Mottled drake, the Store mounts, etc should be kept the same however.
tldr:
- More color choices that fits within a sensible level.
- Swap saddle models.
- Toggle PvP vicious mount flags/banners.
- Toggle mount particles.
