Please add mount collection achieves, the bigger mount collectors have had 800+ since middle of DF and now alot have 900-950. The people with the most have already or are very close to breaching the 1k level. At least give us a title or something we can show off. The only mount collecting title was for 300 back in warlords I believe.

It seems clear, to me at least, that they are past creating too many more mount count achievements. I would honestly rather see them go the direction of achievements like Awake The Drakes or Available In Eight Colors, things which involve a themed subcollection or collecting variants of certain mounts.
The count achievement is boring and uninteresting, whereas if they go a different route then they can also focus on creating those achievements for the new mounts they add with expansions or major content patches. This would then give someone like me an achievement to actually earn instead of be granted by default on login.

Yet in the same patch (or near it?) as adding the 500 Mounts achievement, they added a Pet collection achievement that wasn’t even reasonably obtainable yet. I don’t even know if it is, now.
If pet collectors can get unreasonable achievements, I feel like mount collectors could get more too, up to 900.
I mean, I’m at 941 unique (not account) and I have only 2 vicious saddles, 2 honor level mounts and barely any mounts that are removed from the game besides AOTC and Keystones.
Avoiding pay to win mounts, you’re reasonably able to get 800 mounts over some time.
Don’t get me wrong tho, I would love more Awake the Drake achievements. But we deserve BOTH.

awake the drake style achieves would be COOL, ala the meta achieve for all mounts in an expansion or like that. Gives the people with 800+ mounts or somewhere around there something to work towards as a big hurrah.
