On Rixxa, if Priest uses Uppies (Ultimate Penitence) during the knockback of Propellant Blast, they are stuck in a permanent knockback and the only way to fix it is by logging out.

Unfortunately its not unique to disc priest, I’ve seen it happen to multiple specs and classes
Thanks for reporting this. Hasn’t happened to me but I won’t be using UP during that mechanic going forward.
