MOTHER and Eternal Palace Essences

My Shaman earned and learned Rank 3 Condensed Life-Force (DPS Azerite Essence from Eternal Palace raid) prior to Dragonflight Pre-patch, and definitely hasn’t already learned Rank 3 Vitality Conduit (Healing Essence).

However:

1. MOTHER will not sell the item to unlock Rank 3 Condensed Life-Force to any of my alts (“item is locked”)
2. MOTHER will not let my Shaman that unlocked Condensed Life-Force purchase the item to unlock Rank 3 Vitality Conduit (Healing Azerite Essence from Eternal Palace raid)

For Point 2. please refer the following blue post which states
“If you’ve earned any of the three Essences in these groups, all three of the Essences will be unlocked for purchase from MOTHER with Echoes of Ny’alotha: Condensed Life Force, Vitality Conduit, Azeroth’s Undying Gift (obtained from raiding in The Eternal Palace)”

More Flexibility with Essences
