Trying to complete the daily quest in Zereth Mortis, Motes of Knowledge, and Toadious is evading, thus unable to kill and complete. US Sargeras, WM off.

Undermine Apr 3, '22, I submitted another ticket, “Mote’s of Knowledge is broken… Again! Can’t kill Toadious. Please take the quest off of the daily rotation and / or… fix it by changing the mob’s evading parameters, or collision detectors, etc. Thank you!”
I keep putting in bug notifications. Hopefully they will figure out how to fix it or just they’ll just put me on ignore…

Same issue here. Can’t complete the daily because Toadious doesn’t aggro and turn red to kill it for the Nodule needed for the quest, multiple people on my Cenarion Circle sever are having this issue.

Motes of knowledge still not fixed , I just tried to finished my quest and couldn’t no matter what I did.

We are also having the same issue on Aggramar-US server. Submitted a bug report as well. 
EDIT: this is only with WM off, when I turned WM on I was able to complete the quest on my server.

Still bugged on Cenarion Circle.
Post on WoWhead from 25 days ago says it was bugged then as well. 25 days ago…still not fixed. We shouldn’t have to realm hop and/or switch to WM to complete this WQ.
Only way I have found to fix it is to join a group on group finder…say ‘mote farming’ or whatever group. Usually that resets it and you are able to kill him. Worked for me when I had this issue.
