Most relaxing class and spec for solo play? Other than hunter!

I’m coming back to WoW and I’m very casual. What’s the most basic, easiest, most relaxing class and spec for solo play? I just want to experience the story and maybe do some easy dungeons eventually.

I was going to play a rogue, but from my earlier post, it sounds like they can be kind of spammy, especially if you want to keep DoTs and debuffs up.

EDIT: I just can’t play hunter again, played too many of them over the years!!

Thanks for any advice!!

BM is one of the rare classes which hasn’t had too many buttons added into it coming into Dragonflight. Most boosts are passive increases to what you already have.

I play Fury Warrior and it’s very easy. I have 4 core buttons of ‘Bloodthirst, Rampage, Raging Blow and Onslaught’ and I press the middle two 90 percent of the time. Rest are situational and easy to press (Ravager at the start of an encounter, execute at the end, Recklessness and Avatar off offcooldown, whirlwind to activate AoE).

Anything ranged, and paladins. zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Beast Master Hunter. Your pet does the tanking, you just stand back and pew pew. Easiest class to level and a ton of fun.

Outlaw is pretty fun no dots

I agree, if you want to play rogue, Outlaw is the way to go. But keep in mind very easy to get whupped if you’re not careful especially at lower levels.

Man, did they up the difficulty of solo play with this expansion??

should be ok if you spec right

Also a destruction warlock with your blueberry out is pretty fun. Blueberry does the tanking/holds aggro and you just kill stuff. Warlocks are a lot of fun to play as well.

I remember leveling my warlock in affliction, I’d just run in and dot everything while running in a big circle. All the mobs would be chasing me and dying. At the end there would be a circle of corpses lol.

Arms Warrior been really chill, but it has the intensity there if you want it. Just smack Mortal Strikes and not think about it, feels pretty good.

I’m talking at lower levels, easy to pull more than you can handle and get clocked. Not many defensives yet, and pretty squishy. At higher levels once you get your toolkit much better survivability.

I was just lvling an alt rogue for mount runs i didnt have any problems, i can pull like 5 mobs

My 2nd favorite class is Destruction Warlock. Easy to learn, easy to play, can solo very well, and does good DPS in dungeon groups. I personally always use the imp pet but will pull out the Voidewalker if I’m under geared, or fighting an elite.

Fury warrior, very very very very very relaxing and easy. If you ever feel tired and need to take a nap and you decide to lay your head on your keyboard ypu’ll be top dps

Affliction Warlock seems pretty relaxed to me, though it might remind you of a hunter in play style.

Cant go wrong with a blood dk

Evoker
Very few spells to play with, so no confusion
High mobility
And you start high lvl so you can jump in DF
Also since you played hunter and evoker is mail armor, you will have all your transmogs already.
And healer spec is the most fun of all if you ever want to try out dungeons with
