Yeah, it messed up a bunch of mogs and introduced new clipping issues. You can find more pictures and people mentioning it here:

It totally messes up the fancier armors coming in Shadowlands so we’re hoping it gets fixed/reverted soon.

Well they fixed the dual wielding animations with the most recent patch so at least they arent entirely ignoring pandaren.
Yes, thankfully! They are working on them. Still missing ranged props and now the shoulder armors. It can be a little worrisome when it comes to Pandaren-related things with Blizzard. I have hope they’ll be fixed relatively soon. Maybe not tomorrow soon. But, soon! Each post or bump helps Blizzard to see the issue.

Shoulders are going to be orbiting our characters pretty soon with how far away they keep drifting from our models
Could also fix Shields while we are at it, those things have next level bad clipping issues.
Hopefully they’re quicker to fix these things now than they were in the past.
Male Nelf shields were mini-sized for a really long time. I think they had accidentally switched to using the models from another race/gender, and they didn’t get around to switching it back for a while. It was annoying because your hand would stick way out past almost every shield. There’ve always been some oddities with Nelf ears/eyebrows and various helmets, which sometimes change with new xpacs.
I seem to remember there being some bug with Orc shoulders that made them really small or something, but that was at least a few years ago.
There was also an issue with the S1 Warrior PvP pants early on in TBC. Instead of going all the way down to the knee, they cut off halfway down the thigh, so it looked like all PvP warriors were wearing black spandex bicycle shorts.
Both of those issues got fixed within a few weeks (iirc). Maybe since the game is somewhat more collector- and appearance-focused, it will be quicker now.
yeah i was curious if it always looked like this and didn’t notice but shoulders are definitely screwed up, my panda’s shoulders tuck into her gloves now. also weapons are to small as well need to be increase by quite a bit all my 2 handers look like 1 handers.
