nothing, or atleast nothing heavy, digestion takes more energy than I thought. that energy could be used elsewhere aka your brain, ever wonder why most people are sleepy/groggy after huge meals?
proper intermittent fasting is ONE of the keys to longevity/optimizing brain function i think, but playing wow or any video game for hours a day in a high-stress state while sitting in a chair is contradictory to longevity so that statement makes me look dumb (use a balance ball chair btw)

not sure if you were looking for a real or troll answer, and no I’m not telling you to stop eating entirely or do some crazy a$$ diet, still eat whatever you want, how much you want, and don’t fall into malnutrition
some people also just seem to function better with food in their stomach so don’t think what I’m saying applies to everyone because we’re all different in the end
