Rogue and Druid by far, but any class with spammable CC is usually a lot of fun. Damage turrets get boring really quickly.
Rogue: Stealth. CC. Damage.
Druid: Stealth, CC, Damage, Healing, and Flag Carrying.

Getting good at Rogue probably gives you the single most impact over a win or loss in a BG of any class in the game. So if you’re looking to have the most impact, that’s probably the best class to go with.
Boomkins are probably the 2nd most impactful.
Healers are great, but there’s only so many CDs in the world to save an undergeared group–no one ever compliments you for doing well, no one peels for you, and you’ll get 25% of the CC done by an enemy team for a match on you.
Or if you just want to turn your brain off and DPS at things, and get kills? DH, BM, or MM is your best bet.
