Random Epic BG Ashran
Game kicks off we (horde) take ROC after a lengthy battle with the Alliance. We eventually overpower them but take heavy losses. After about 8 mins into the battle we are losing 130 - 100 or so. We all run back to base to summon Kronus. With Kronus we rush Alli base leveling the score. This goes on for another 5-9 mins or so and we get the score to 60-80 in Horde’s favor.
Alliance make a push killing Kronus, and begin out DPSing us and routing us. Now the score is 75- 70 in alliance favor. To make matters worse Alli summon ancient of war. The entire Horde team falls back to their base. Horde is scraping together any and all remaining fragments we have for another go at Kronus. 500 frags needed, 400 needed, 300 needed…all while the ancient of war lumbers forward. As the ancient of war rounds the mage tower we manage to get Kronus back up. The Ancient of War and Kronus hash it out and both die, while the Horde and Alli go at it. Horde is gaining the advantage we push them back to middle of the map 40 - 30 in Hordes favor. Alli summon the ogre ghost guy and start pushing us back 30 -20 . Horde falls back into base 30 - 15 Alliance favor. Everyone on the team is trying to come up with a plan on what to do. Alli does not want to commit, Horde does not want to commit since it is down to the wire. No Dks, no warlocks with portal spec. After a lot of planning we decide to pop lust and CDs and charge. We got wiped. Finals score was 13 - 0.
It was the most tense ive been in a BG

Wow, the horde side sounds really involved! On Alliance, we usually just all run around in random directions and press whatever spells we want, and any instance chat is purely trash talk.

Epic BGs are truly at their best when it’s a nail biter, glad you had fun!

As alliance, every Ashran game this expansion has been auto loss, and usually pretty fast.
It’s bad for Horde too. Basically, it’s a game of who brought the most healers
Love epic battlegrounds especially when both sides know what they’re doing.

I had an Ashran a few weeks ago that had an even lower score, and a Horde victory. The Alliance had the top score the entire game, until the last few minutes and things turned around. Extremely intense.
Just like you wrote, back and forth Kronus and Tree, and little does Ally know, us mages dispell that tree and provide a lust to the team at just the right moment, the tree dies extremely quickly. 
It’s awfully brave of you to let the devs know you’re having fun. They’re probably mobilizing the counter fun squad as we speak…

I have been in like 4 or 5 ashran matches where the score was 2 to 0 and when those matches occur (mind you i m not a pvp guy i do it just for either when i need honor or some achievement all in all for me pvp is a chore ) i get so much adreline and joy that is hard to say in words lol . Maybe because i in the past have been an officer in guild for progression or maybe whenever there are a lot of peoples do something to reach a common gole its refreshing .
