Most forgiving and easier class for carpal tunnel/RSI players (not a hunter/warlock)?

Yet do not like spamming buttons repeatably but also want to have fun and enjoy end game without hurting my hands (cannot play melee class) and also want to have survival and decent dps and not a meta but is welcomed into groups (for keys and raiding) and also okay in PvP (not get one shotted) …

Generally Frost Mage is low apm, no?

I know that Assassination Rogue is usually another.

For me the biggest difference was just coming up with more comfortable keybinds, and getting one of those mice with the extra buttons on the side. Made everything so much better.

Go full hog and get an alternative to the keyboard. Foot pedals or something idk. Or a steering wheel and play demon hunter.

Shift up gears to generate fury, shift down to spend, brake to eyebeam and accelerate to move forward. Ezpz!

Rogue are hard to level up and too complicated want something simple/easy and relaxing even in pvp (can do aoe damage ranged)

This hasn’t really been the case for a long time.

Assassination is pretty basic albeit underwhelming in keys. Outlaw also has a fairly high ceiling but the floor is reasonable low meaning easy to pick up.

Cannot play high apm classes due to RSI/Carpal tunnel

Again, Assassination isn’t generally high apm. It’s one of the slower specs. Destruction at lower haste levels is also usually relaxed, along with Frost Mage.

Not really. Play Outlaw. The rotation is easy to get down.

However, I would suggest something with fewer buttons or longer spells.

Something like Fire Mage or Ele Shaman. Neither of those is hard on your hands. I am developing issues in my hands as well, and both of these specs are pretty easy when my hands are aching.

What about Balance Druid ?

Not a bad option.

Balance is really just 5 buttons for your main rotation and others when needed.

The only problem I see is your APM might be a little higher with Balance. The spells cycle kinda fast.

Oh damn i didnt know that any other’s more easier and solo friendly ?

Granted this was from last tier and some of it is slightly off it still gives you a pretty decent estimate on spec APM. EX: Outlaw profile is using wrong talents and looking at warcraftlogs I’m generally around 80 APM in raid this patch.

Yet didnt ask for something causes RSI/Carpal tunnel btw i am askin for lowest ;(

I understand that which was the point of the picture. The lower specs are on that list the slower they are.

Yet which ones are more forgivable and welcome into PvE contents and not cause RSI

I would recommend Assassination Rogue great in Raiding and also PvP <3 and also solid choice to take to DF if your planning to main ?

They were in BFA because of the g-spike build. At the moment they’re one of the higher apm classes.

Frost loves haste and stacking effects to make casts faster (like slick ice.) They also have a ton of instant casts.

Would not recommend for someone with carpal tunnel.

Now, arcane mages are low apm. OP could maybe give them a go.

Edit: oh look, someone posted an apm list! I should have scrolled down a bit more. lol

Arcane Mage is not forgiving and always mess up on rotations …

You’re not wrong but OP’s options are pretty limited with all of the requirements they have.

I was just focusing on the apm part. The spec could be learned over time if it didn’t cause physical discomfort to play.
