I was in a group recently where a dps has some kind of add on that would start calling for help from the healer every time they fell below 50%. It became insanely annoying.
It would not have been so bad if the player was good. But they were always doing dumb things and then their add on would start yelling for help.
Sounds like a donāt heal them addon to me

The person that makes that kind of addon either has to have a specific purpose in mind or is just a giant troll.
Personally, I think Id only get a add on if it could help me Role Play better. Sometimes i gotta type so fast i miss spell a lot of stuff. Would be cool to like pre-load phrases to say, timed with boss encounters so im not stuck typing in the middle of a fight, or having to hit a macro.
I remember seeing an addon that healers could use that would call out people who took avoidable damage. I mean may as well point out that there health is low because they insist in standing in bad
Sounds like I need that addon. Healers did came up with tools that are annoying. So why not DPS?

Donāt forget to bind RP statements to half of your abilities in say, party and yell. Saw a ret with a macroād RP statement every time he used wings or judgement and it sent our tank up a wall to the point he left the key mid way through.
Adding the person to ignore is the best route. Reporting for an addon is probably a waste and it doesnāt permanently block the person.

Itās very important to let others know that I, and only I, specifically, require healing. Iām basically the Genji of every instance group.
Sounds like the Safeguard addon that I see sometimes in Hardcore Classic.
It has a retail version?

My friend has this addon and I had no idea what it was at first. I had never seen it before. Heās a tank but still. He came back to the game from a 10+ year hiatus and I guess he just assumed this is a popular addon. 
Thereās an addon out there that will whisper you when the healer dispels something on youā¦ yeahā¦ not distracting at allā¦ /blocked
