Relatively, there is still a lot of horde. Not that many have been motivated to move despite the growing ratio disparity. When things get bad we have multiple layers to utilize.
Imagine layer stops working. That would be fun

When you actually learn the slightest thing about pvp and don’t need to log on to your alt to agree with yourself get back to us. 
Even better, no cross-realm battlegrounds anymore.
