Mortal strike effects: what other classes have them?

Outside of Arms warriors, what other classes/specs have skills that reduce the effectiveness of healing in PvP? I think Hunters have a sting that does 30% reduction right?

Is there any other?

Hunter Pets can have MS.
The Raptor family has MS and Master’s Call which is a nice combo for PVP.

While not exactly the same as MS, it does nearly the same job.

Scorpids, wasps, etc. offer the same ability as mortal strike along with raptors.
