You trying to deflect from the part where you said you were crying to mommy and daddy and how your parents were full of BS ( because of course you are so smart you know better than they did).

This is nothing more than a bully’s spin on the old BS adage “Sticks and stones may break my bones but names will never hurt me.” We knew it was BS when our parents told us that trying to make us feel better. We knew it was BS because we were crying when they told us that, and we were crying because we hurt.

Words mean things. The poster was right - you’re continually a jerk to people for no reason at all.

Here is a super fun reality check for you. YOU are responsible for your OWN words that come out of your mouth.

So where did my parents tell me to grow up? Where did I say words don’t mean things? Because that is exactly the point I was making.
