I think it would provide a massive benefit and if people don’t like it, the original voice is default.

I don’t know em, but for sure! It shouldn’t be nobody too recognizable like celebrity voice actors I’d think though. As cool as J.K Simmons is I don’t want to think of him every time my bag is full.

I’ve never thought of it but it seems like a no brainer. I think every game has that, even if it’s just a grunt.

Ooh I didn’t read that correctly the first time. Yeah I agree in just about every way with ai but what I’ve come to accept is that, that’s just the (un)natural evolution of humankind. But you know as above so below.
We use ai for advancements in research, medical, science stuff. We also use it to outsource ourselves and carelessly ruin some people’s lives because it’s cheaper, essentially free instant content you don’t have to pay.
It’s a bummer.
Now if Akubo said that he’d be yelling in your face. If AI can make him more chill then well, well that’s the way of the world. I’m not gonna temporarily boycott it.
I use an addon to replace my warriors combat grunts and shouts to Murloc noises. An actual option to just change your characters voice would be real nice.

True. It CAN be useful. But that would require trust in fellow humans and we all know that’d be a waste of trust lol.
But then I also remember an AI folks were working on to be good at math.
We actually made it DUMBER. You just can’t make this stuff up lol
You know what, this was a sentiment I have had for a decade and a half now. Just like how other games have different voice options, I would very much like it if we could have that in character customization as well.
I think everybody just got so desensitized is all, but WoW turns 20 years old this year. It’s woefully overdue.
