More things should proc Wrath of Cenarius

Please allow more things to proc Wrath Of Cenarius. The tooltip says damage spells and very little damaging spells actually proc it. I’m a shaman and I’d really like to utilize more fun items to synergize with a spellhance build. I’ve tested these items which either have an Aura or an actual spell cast and none of these proc Wrath of Cenarius. In a recent post you guys talked about making changes to GCD and weapon procs, I think this fix should accompany it.

Do NOT
Shaman spells
Searing Totem
Magma Totem (Mages can proc w/ their aoe but we can’t)
Flametongue Weapon (this would be cool because nobody uses it)
Windfury Proc

17111 Kazzak Neck
Thorium Shield Spike
22194 Mana Drain Gloves
Skullflame shield (either proc)
Manslayer
Wraith Sycthe
Drillbore Disk
Darkmoon Card: Maelstrom

Do Proc Wrath of Cenarius
Lighting Shield (all 3 charges can)
Shocks
Lightning Bolt

We doing pretty well without, no need to mess with balance. It’s a restoration project.

honestly i am content with the proc rate as it is. the fact lightning shield does is huge. i feel like it procs pretty good i cant imagine any other ring replacing it as it is.

All mage aoe spells should proc it.
