please blizz, give us more rep for doing wq’s… i’ve been at this vol’dunai rep for weeks, and i’m at 8441 revered on my rogue… please, you GOTTA increase the amount of rep we get, this grind is frikkin awful…

Get a contract and do all the WQs you can stomach. +10 rep isn’t much, but if you’re doing all available WQs across all the zones, for a few days, it does add up. Also, keep an eye out for the Voldunai emissary.

+10 rep does make a dent though, and the +10s add up when you’re doing emissaries and wqs from other zones.
I highly recommend getting a contract, OP.

i do have contracts you guys, but they don’t do diddly. been using contracts this whole time. nothin. +10 rep means diddly-squat. they need to just flat-out boost the amount we get. this 75 rep, +10 more is just stupid.

Rep has become the new time gate. Rep is restricted and earned one way with no other option. That’s terrible. Want to throw on a tabard and run dungeons? Nope can’t do that because YOU would be in control of your rep gain and not Blizzard. Take that philosophy and apply it to most every BFA system and you can see where the problem lies.

not to mention the fact they lowered the amount of rep you get from tabard-runs of dungeons. used to get 300 rep for a heroic boss, but now you get like… 80.

Blizzard discovered a big gate with rep and want to control every aspect of you earning it.
yeah, i do the mission table too. still not enough. need more. heck, this low amount of rep is the reason i don’t have a single allied race from this expansion. but, that’s more of an issue for another time, right now, vol’dun rep.
Like I said, do all the WQs across all 6 zones (pre-8.2). Any given day there’s 8-10 WQs per zone, x6 zones = 48-60 WQs @ +10 rep = ~500-600 additional rep every day.
It’s tedious, no doubt. But just 1 week of that would be almost 4k additional rep to Voldunai, as well as all the rep gains to the other factions for all the WQs you’ve completed.
and that somehow excuses the low amount of rep we’re getting? we used to get lots of rep back in MoP, there’s no reason they needed to lower it from a pool-size amount, to less then a water-bottle’s worth. it’s infuriating.

I am curious, what have you been doing before now? It was relatively easy to get exalted w/ all of the initial factions in BFA, except maybe the turtles and champions.

Doesn’t excuse anything. But it’s highly unlikely to change at this point. Maybe in the 9.0 pre-patch they make all the systems catch-up, but it’s not going to happen midway through the expansion. Especially not when tens of thousands of players have already reached exalted with the 6 factions many times over.
We’re offering you ways to make your rep grind easier, because Blizzard is offering you zero ways of making your rep grind shorter. If you don’t like or want to do anything else, you’ll just keep suffering the grind as you have.

before my several weeks of rep-grinding? what does it matter?
Just wondering is all. Most of the complaint posts over the past few months was that there was nothing to do and people were quitting until 8.2.
Now people are complaining that they aren’t high enough rep w/ the factions from the first part of the game.

i appreciate that Vhx. i really do, but i more was hoping to get blizz’s attention so they’d, you know, fix this issue… i know they’re more-or-less underwater with problems, but this one still feels a significant one.
Maybe if the Contract actually gave flat-out 10 rep per day… but it doesn’t. I really don’t understand your mentality.
but, it does! it does give a flat 10 rep per wq. meaning you have to do ALL the world-quests, even the ones you don’t care about to get the 10 rep per quest. meaning, you want voldun rep? better head off to nazmir, then zuldazar, then the 3 awful kul’tiras zones… it’s just a terrible, terrible design choice/idea. it’s like saying, ‘well, you mowed my lawn, BUT if you want more of my pocket-change, you better go mow my neighbors lawns.’. it’s just so stupid…
also, Stompy, the people complaining there isn’t anything to do, are more complaining there isn’t much to do. like, there’s only world-quests, mythic dungeons, the few raids there are, and pvp. meanwhile, i’m complaining about the frikkin rep-wall i have to climb.
What makes you think they are the exact same people?

We all climbed those walls during the time before 8.2 in anticipation of pathfinder 2 coming. Were you one of those that quit til flying is patched? So now you’re playing catch-up? Well, this is what you get.
You made your choice, so /shrug. Work for it.
