I just want BE to be good. Either make arcane torrent grant more resource (rune for DK plz or both), or give back silence again. Right now it’s not worth the GCD in most cases. Maybe it’s good dueling paladin to RNG the BOP, but that’s about it. I want to have more options than just orc/tauren
