As someone who wants some casual PVP after a hard day at work, I don’t want to que rated as it’s too much for me to focus on, so what’s the alternative? Random bg’s. Random bg’s should be FUN, random and have even game play from both sides to form an environment that fosters good spirited gameplay per your terms that WE have to agree to. This certainly isn’t the case. Premades should fight premades, RANDOMs should fight RANDOMs.
Want to bring your game in alignment with your competitors, ensuring fair team fights, fun and fair competition, you should not allow premades into random bg’s.

You should just join a premade community. They’re fun and a great way to socialize. You don’t have to be amazing or shot call, leave it to the leaders! They’re not as intimidating as they seem, there’s no real expectations aside from being a team player… Which you would hope for outside of a premade, but is rarely the case.

You can in groups of 5 as the game intends. If they wanted raids queueing they wouldn’t have removed the ability for raids to queue.
They’re literal bullies and you guys ruin the game for others and that’s why you enjoy it.

Left behind in unrated casual PvP? Lol. You exploit the queue to farm pugs. There’s nothing of value to be gained from that. If adapting means cheating the system for an easy win, then I guess I’ll happily stay ‘stuck’ in my old ways.
