I am one of the founding HC Addon and HC Elite members and I have played a ton of classes in Hardcore, and by far my most favorite class in every play through is Warrior.
People are scared to try Warrior because they hear a lot of advice on Reddit about how it is difficult, very hard and has a high skill ceiling.
In reality Warrior is all of those things, but if you understand the class correctly it becomes an absolute monster.
My Warrior is currently level 51, I not only have the ability to tank dungeons which gives me the right to reserve any item I need as well as control who plays or who doesn’t due to limited number of people at my level, and I also have the option to go Fury which makes me the de facto #1 DPS in Classic.
If you can play safe from 1 - 24, you will get the Execute ability along with Retaliation and at 30 you can respec into Sweeping Strikes and AoE 3 - 4 mobs at your level very safely as well as doing tons of elite quests all on your own.
Don’t let people scare you away from Warrior, it is by far one of the most rewarding classes to play in Hardcore and you are more wanted than any other class in the game when you hit 60.

warrior is fun. arguably the most developed vanilla class.
Taking it day by day. No rush for me.
i made 3 warriors and died each time.
last time was against Morrigan and friends. i got the mage and Morrigan but the third one got me. so be in the teens and or try to get people to help
gonna hope on and make another warrior
I feel like I see warriors around more than any other class, so I don’t think people are scared to try.

It’s also one of the fastest to level early on, with almost zero downtime between pulls.
I highly doubt either of these claims are remotely true but sure, make up more stories

I do want to make a Tauren Warrior. Not because of this thread but because Tauren are an awesome race.

This huge abundance of mages and hunters… smh 
I’ve tried 4 warriors.
Each one died in loc.
All to hyper spawns that wouldn’t stop following me no matter how far I ran.
Your right - warrior isn’t that terrifying.
Until something bugs.
I died twice today to being chased 1/2 way across zones. Once at 34 and again at 15. With that and hyper spanws screwing people over I am really losing motivation to try again. Like if I mess up and die that’s my problem but the game behaving in unexpected or irregular ways just feels bad.

If something is chasing you halfway across a zone you are constantly leashing it somehow. Mobs reset after about 11s (goes up a bit based on level ranges) of nothing happening to them

Yeah it’s people who don’t understand how it works doing demo shout or hamstring or w/e while trying to run away and resetting the leash/aggro.

Yeah.
If you played HC on BSB and followed the appeals channel on Discord you’d notice many people who tried to appeal because of a bug/grief just actually had no idea how the game works.

See what had happened was I in the middle of fighting mobs, pulled to many so I started to run.
As I was running I suddenly disconnected. After 546 minutes, I finally got back in only to find my self now falling off my gryphon.
Luckily I wasn’t that high up so I did survive the fall but even though I was now in Wetlands, the Defias Pillagers were still chasing me and I was bombarded by 5 Fireballs 1 second after hitting the ground.
Made up story or game breaking bug? You decide.
P.S. It also happens to streamers so you know it’s real.
