What if they changed the Unholy talent “All Will Serve” to raise two additional minions, as opposed to just the one? A skeletal archer and a skeletal magus.
They would obviously have to redistribute the damage output of our minions so as to match the current output of two minions, but as far as aesthetics go, it would really help some to live out their master of death and decay class fantasy.

Just my thoughts based on armor wearing minions.
Implement in either Glyphs or Talent Tree
Plate = Ghoul
Mail = Skeleton archer
Leather = Geist
Cloth = Skeleton Magus
Feel free to suggest what unique abilities each minion should have for PvP.

They should all spam chains of ice constantly while full healing the dk every other GCD. I’d take a 5% damage nerf on pets to compensate.

They could make All Will Serve give the DK initially an additional Pet which is the Skeleton Archer however, in addition whenever a Wound is burst it has a chance to summon an additional minion which may vary (RNG). Each Burst has a 20% cumulative chance to summon the additional add and when triggered the percentage is reset. Lastly when ever the DK uses Apocalypse it automatically summons 2 -3 three of these additional minions in addition the standard ones; Army of Darkness would do the same thing but maybe summon 3 - 5 additional minions of the new ones for its duration.
In terms of the minions they could do some really fun and interesting things -

Undead Lich Frost Mage - Basically the same as we have had before

Undead Giest Poison Rogue - Essentially an Assassination rogue that applies a version of Crippling Poison, Deadly Poison and Numbing Poison

Undead Skeleton Knight - A minion that cleaves and is able to use hamstring and intercept/charge

Undead Spirit Healer - A minion which provides some type of healing to the DK and their party/raid for a given duration. In addition they provide a buff to the DK that prevents the DK dying like Cheat Death while they are active
Then have two specific Runeforges that are part of the talent which must can restricted during the talent choice phase. These are separate to the ones we have now so can be used in combination on the same weapon that provides a way to set the minions to a specific combination of three. One is the most common that is summoned say Mage or Geist then the Knight and Healer being a lower chance. Essentially two Runeforges one for Mage, Knight and Healer then a second one for Geist, Knight and Healer.
Just an idea for something different that definitely adds some serious flavor for the DK’s
I think they should change sudden doom to instead of granting a free death coil cause it to raise a ghoul and reduce the cd of army.
Even something like that pvp talent that raises a ghoul that walks to your target and explodes would be fun.
I think the changes in shadowlands made to army were a great choice. Getting to cast it multiple times in a fight is nice.
I just wanna see more pets with more unique models.

I mean, while more minions for Unholy is nice in all but I think right now, pet damage is abundant to the point we got nerfed with our scaling… Including our personal rot damage.
I’d like to see our personal shadow damage addressed first. If there would be minions to enhance our Shadow Damage, great!
The only minion I root for right now is Gary. The poor gargoyle got laid off ever since beta when they teased us for him to be baseline for Unholy.
Im ok with this, have the magus cast Outbreak and the archer also apply festering wounds.
