More Customization

I recently made a Blood Elf with the intent on leveling up and acquiring the heritage armor. However, I ran into a big personal issue right on the character creation screen that I tried to move past unsuccessfully. Simply put, with Demon Hunters and the handful of Allied Races we now have, it is woefully appearant that customization on other races is very lackluster. Now, I’m aware this game is over 15 years old (!) at this point, but for goodness sakes - an option to give my Goblin a scar, or my orc male tribal piercings on his ears and nose, or even my troll face paint that doesn’t correlate with his tusks and hair would be pretty cool.

To a lesser extent…

I think the old world needs a minor face lift. Nothing like new quests or anything, but zones like Elwynn Forest or Ashenvale look really blocky and dated compared to zones in WoD, Legion and BfA.

I’m not trying to sound like a jerk at all. I love this game and have played for years on end - but I hope Blizz updates the customization capabilities and graphical environments in older zones (including Outland and Northrend) soon.

I would kill for Wildhammer tattoos for dwarves :tired_face:

But I agree in general. A lot of the hairstyles even look a bit dated compared to the options that allied races get. Some fresh new looks for the older races wouldn’t go astray.

Good luck on your quest for this. People have been pleaing for more customization options since the day after the game went live. These pleas continually fall on deaf ears. The Warcraft Gods do not see the need to supply true character customization.

All the faces, all the hairstyles, all the eye colors should be available for all the races.

I’d love for most hairstyles and colours to be universal among races, also there are many “NPC only” customizations already in files (like wildhammer tats, dark ranger blood elf skin, shattered hand orc hair) that are barred from us for what ever reasons, many of which should be made available.

More class specific customization too would be fabulous.
