Yeah If Iâm doing anything in game that requires most of my attention iâll put it on YouTube and listen to things like Missing 411 or TED talks or something.
But if Iâm queueing for random BGs or something then Iâll have a movie going to wait out the queue.

I think it would be a worthy topic for the people here to discuss and get to know each other a bit better.

Ah good suggestion I can go through all of the TED talks 
I legit run out of stuff to listen to 
Documentaries about the civil war, ww2, Third Reich, comanche indians, astrophysics, thermodynamics, philosophers, IT podcasts, Iâll listen to anything intellectual I just run out of content because I will sit and play through someones playlist back to back

Can we take a moment and talk about how actually horrendously bad/outdated this is, forcing many players to 3rd party tools, like Discord or private forums, to manage their communities?
The in-game community tools really need brought up to current year standards and help enable players to play the game. But Iâm not sure Blizzard cares about their players quite as much as whatever is going on in their own heads.

I guess they could add more character slots? Im not really seeing the benefit though. Like, how many people are playing 50+ different characters every patch? I cant imagine very many.

What kind of enjoyment are you getting out of it? Iâm genuinely curious to understand the mentality. To me it just seems excessive to have all these chars who will never be played. Even if you play them for a bit, why not just delete and make a new one?

They should first ask WHY people want to play 50+ characters and see if they can fix that.

I think would remove a large amount of need for that many characters for a lot of people. Thereâs still one more thing that would make me keep alts though
profession CDs.
If those three things were lifted then I would have no need for having over 50 characters. I would still need a good bit of characters though because Blizz 
Iâm a quest collector, I want to do all quests in the game and Blizz has race specific quests AND did you know that there are gender specific quests too?

You have to maintain the character FOREVER that does the quests or they arenât counted. So if youâre me and you do the Goblin starting zone quests on a male and then on a female and delete the male character youâll have to redo the freaking quests again. And itâs not just that simple either you have to do it for each of the classes a goblin can be because thereâs race + gender + class specific quests
And they (Blizzard) canât remove them, donât try to remove them, because that will just force all the quest collectors to rush and do those quests or if Blizz sneak removes them then there will be a wave of tears in the collector discords

Theyâre not never played. I have upwards of 40-some-odd characters. I bounce around on alts whenever I feel like. Sometimes I feel like leveling, sometimes I feel like playing a character in some endgame content, sometimes I feel like grinding cosmetics through the wide variety of means available to us⊠sometimes I just like making a new character concept, especially with all the new customization options.
People play the game in different ways. shrug

Massive Multiplayer Online ROLE PLAYING GAME.
Imagine, people playing a game differently than you. Oh, Iâm sorry, I shouldnât suggest something so hard to do. Yes I play all 50 of my toons multiple hours a month.
They are NOT all at lvl 60 because âend gameâ is boring as hell. They have other functions.

Perhaps you are upset that despite having so many attempts at creating a reasonable personality, you, just like Sylvanas, just keep failing.
Iâm sorry, I shouldnât have said that, you obviously have some other issues going on that makes you so upset by an opinion different than your own.
This topic of increasing the character cap comes up from time to time. Each time it does people come into the threads and tell people that they donât need that many characters and that they canât be playing that many characters. A lot of arguments have happened so I would guess by now people have a pretty short temper with people. I wouldnât take it personally.

I donât think we need one account locking up more than 50 names.
Personally, I have two accounts, but only 14 toons between 50 and 60. I do have 48 total on each account, and in addition to the 14, I have maybe 4 that I will use for a bank alt from time to time. Most of the 96 belong to my kids, since my daughter likes to create toons, but doesnât really play them.
Letâs get more character slots per account!
