So I guess your quite fine with them removing the Genie aka Robin Williams reference then…the Lamp you rub is for Robin Williams memorial character. Near the lamp there’s a large broken egg that Wowhead theorizes to be a reference to the Williams-helmed sitcom Mork & Mindy, as well as some small items that could be nods at other starring roles from the beloved actor.

I think an exception should always be made for Robin Williams references. If they remove that I might actually be legit mad about it, and I’ve been fairly neutral so far.

I can’t wait for Blizzard to revamp all the quests in Azshara since it’s all a reference to employee’s being abused.
This might be the only reference that will hurt me if they remove it. That and Reckful. I wasn’t even a fan of his, but I sympathize with him and understand his struggle a lot more than I wish I did.
Honestly, Azshara is my least favorite zone anyway. I miss the old Azshara, as tricky as it was to navigate on foot. They could do almost anything to that place and it would be considered an improvement in my eyes.

No one. No one asked for any of these changes. The devs are offended by the fact that the playerbase won’t accept responsibility for the failure of this expansion. They still blame us.
Blizzard was, according to their devs. Which I find hard to believe because if those idiots were truly offended they would’ve changed it long ago.
But like I’ve said before you change w/e tf you want Blizz, do what you think is right and makes you feel warm and fuzzy on the inside. It won’t change the fact that retails current content is hot garbage right now.
