Not sure how I feel about MoP Remix returning, I hope that isn’t at the expense of getting another expansion as a remix.
They also thought not doing Weapon Arsenals was more fun…

Remix? Absolutely. I was able to get a ton of mounts and transmog. MOP? Hell no. As of now, I am sick to death of Pandaria and will never quest there again. Remix needs to shuffle up the expansions. If in the future, it means waaaay down the line, after some other expansions, that’s cool.
The next remix cycle? Please no. MOP was not the be all, end all of expansions.

I hope this was the intended way of taking the remark of “Will return in the future”. That it’d be returning… but it won’t be the next remix.
I surely hope they do another expansion next Remix. Be it Legion, WoD… or if they really want to be spicy… Shadowlands Remix.

Without PvP I get bored remix bored me so I won’t be wasting time on another one be it MoP again or some other expansion.
I think it’s great that there are plans to bring it back in the future. There’s nothing stopping them from adding more Remixes either. Perhaps they could cycle them through much like other holidays/events.

Honestly, if ReMoP were to return and they didn’t add anything else thats new, I would not play it.
If they add weapon arsenals I will make 1 character, get those, and not play again.

Yea we all got suckered in not knowing there were no arsenals. I think most people will give it a pass if we don’t get the arsenals next time.

I already know that the characters I had made for MoP Remix, will be “reborn” in the next Remix. Which is, god willing, a different expansion.
If it’s MoP remix again in a row… Then they won’t be reborn… I’ll create some other random character, get enough stuff just to get the hopefully implemented arsenals and do the same.
Edit: I also think it’d be cool, if just like in Diablo 3. if I could just hit a button and have the same character reduced to level 1 and moved over to that experience. Much like how they did it for characters in D3 that were “Reborn” for a season. Instead of having to currently delete the entire character, and remake it. Hoping someone doesn’t snipe my name in the process.

I went a bit overboard since it was so damn easy to level a character to max in an hour…

Yeah I saw your post, you went hard. I only did 10, and honestly might delete them for a new remix. The only new things I can see myself leveling are Dracthyr of other classes.
Still a better leveling experience then retail.
I would suspect they are doing more. That or a season of discovery tbc. They gave tbc models the remix treatment.

The entire mode was supposed to be a sped of version of MoP, and leveling wasn’t THAT fast if you didnt do the mailbox strat anyway. They literally said MoP Remix will be coming back in that interview. Not “Remix”, “MoP Remix”, hence: stupid.

Personally, I don’t really see need for MOP Remix coming back. At least not in the near future. We won’t be able to reuse our characters and it was heavily farmed of its goodies. I wish any future effort could bring the Remix formula to other expansions.
Though, they could take all those recolored weapons and allow them as drops during Mists Timewalking events. Or create weapon arsenals purchased with Timewalking Badges… Then after “Wrath Remix”, we get Wrath Arsenals, etc…

It would be interesting if they started a rotation of remix xpacs. I wouldn’t want MoP over and over. I wouldn’t want it in the next year or even two. Will be interesting to see how they iron this out.
As far as the weapons, they need to just decide what the game is. They’re going to guarantee everything or tell people to get over it. I agree it is more interesting not having arsenals. You should be driven to participate to get everything you can. You should have an amount of excitement over something dropping. Arsenals just feed a poor attitude that isn’t helping the game. On the same note you can say that about allot of the garbage they have done over the years. So just decide what you’re going to be so you don’t have half the players expecting an interesting challenge and half the players expecting handouts.
