I have reached Exalted with the Order of the Cloud Serpent and completed the last quest, Riding the Skies, which normally rewards you the serpent you’ve been raising during the questline. But in MoP Remix all I got after completing that quest was gold pieces.
I’m specifically listing the Jade Cloud Serpent mount, because maybe the equivalent quests that reward the other serpent colors are working as intended.

I just had the same thing happen to me with the Azure one. I’m not sure if it’s a bug or if, in my case, I was only level 29 but you have to be 35 to buy the others from the vendor?
Same thing as well. Completed for the Jade Serpent as that was the only one I needed and no mount when hitting exalted.
Same thing happened for me, I was on the azure path so it seems to be bugged for all of them? I’m level 65 if that helps.
I just completed it for the Jade serpent and same issue, hopefully it’s just a bug.
Bumping because I got a ticket response saying this wasn’t yet a known bug so, trying to make it known here.
I’m having the same exact issue with the jade mount, I know we can buy it at the vendor but doing the rep grind was meant to give us a free mount. I also attempted to make a ticket, How ever even though I very clearly explained in detail to them about the missing cloud serpent that should have been rewarded, The automated system that is used now days responded with completely unrelated info to any of the details I gave them.
Same with the golden one. I sent them a ticket. My response was that they have heard other reports and that they don’t have a fix yet.
I sent in a ticket for this and all they said was to submit a bug report and…wait.
I saw in the hotfix list that they fixed this bug, but I did the quest before the hotfix. I logged in after the hotfix but I don’t find the mount in collection nor mailbox. Will Blizzard send the mount to those who have done the quest, or are we screwed? 
I highly doubt we’ll see our missing mount rewards given to us, That will require a ton of work be done as they’ll have to go around checking what version of egg was chosen by each person to know which mount to give us.
All they would have to do is send everyone who did it before they hotfixed it 2400g.
Anyway, I put in a ticket and they told me to stick it up my bum so yeah I wouldn’t expect anything. Fortunately you get enough gold to buy them in Remix and not much else to spend it on.
Yeah, I didn’t get the mount either after the hotfix but I sent another ticket hoping to get it.
hubby and I both completed and both chose the golden mount. He received his, I did not receive mine. We both completed it on 5/25/24.
A final update to this, a ticket response told me to submit a bug report which was something I had already done, and I mentioned that in the ticket itself so whoever replied to me only gave me a boilerplate answer. I continued it saying I had submitted a bug report and I was expecting a more substantial response than that, and another response came in saying (paraphrasing) “we can’t interfere with developers, but glad you submitted that report”.
So, I’m left not knowing if I’ll get the mount through the proper means, and game masters can’t give me the solution I desire, which means I’ll just buy the mount on the vendor because that’s faster than waiting for a possible, eventual solution.
Yea unfortunately it is clear they only care about fixing the quest itself and not about fixing the issue the bug caused in the first place. Though they really should ensure people get their reward item if the quest bugs out like this, After all there are some items you can only get from a single quest and no where else.
I hope they give this attention somehow…
Add me to the list of people affected by this. I even complained about it in chat, where a couple people assumed it wasn’t a bug.
Edit: When I sent in a ticket, they told me that this was “Not a known issue” and they were “not allowed to give game hints”.
Bro, what? A simple glance at the Hotfixes clearly disagrees with you, and what game hints? I’m asking for a missing reward for something I already did.
