As subject, my character finished all the quests in the Jade Forest, and the reputation for the Jinyu capped out at 19975/21000 with absolutely no way to bridge the gap to Exalted. I’ve never seen this before on any character.

I had this occur as well, on a void elf warrior. Did every quest and ended up stopped at 16k/21k Revered or thereabouts.

Same, complete with the 16k~/21k Revered part on my pandaren warrior I rolled for the event. I didn’t think of it any when it cropped up and it’s not that much of a deal to me now, but might as well report.

Just need 200 to be exalted with the Paerlfin Jinyu but I don’t have quests to finish the reputation so I’m locked with this number.

Same, also stuck on 19975/21000 and can’t find any other quest. I am pulling my hair out!

This is still happening with Pearlfin rep.
On my Horde Characters when I completed the Grookin Questlines I was immediately exalted with the Hozen.
However I’ve leveled my Alliance Priest and Rogue, and on completion of Pearlfil quests neither are exalted.
The only option seems to be handing in 10 Lesser Charms of Good Fortune. (Repeatable quest.)
Which, if I recall correctly, wasn’t available in Retail MoP, so this would probably be the developers’ response to this issue: allow you to make up the difference with Charms rather than rejiggering reputation returns or creating a single “catch up rep” quest like they did for the Centaur factions in Desolace.
