This quest is bugged, once dropping down Quest mob is already dead, and doesn’t respawn. Making this quest chain impossible to complete. There is no War Mode work around, since you cannot go to any Main City. Abandoning quest doesn’t fix it either.
Bugged here as well- leaving zone and re-entering as suggested on the fix article also doesn’t work. Shame as you can’t complete the zone without doing that quest.

its a shame this is such a jarring stop point i’ve really been enjoying remix but chains are behind this quest. If its truly so hard to fix why not make the quest auto complete upon collection so we can move on and not have to wait 3 months for a “fix” days before the feautres over =(

follow up, i managed to join a random persons lfg quest in a diff zone, its phased me to their server and the bug was alive and managed to complete. its not a great work around but it may help others hopefully theres some random groups you can join to try and force a spawn

Was hoping that maintenance we had yesterday was to fix this problem, looks like we’ll have to wait til tuesday or whenever Blizz gets off their lazy asses, they have a terrible record when it comes to fixing bugs.
Tried this with about 10 different groups. Was unsuccessful. Still bugged. Tickets keep getting an auto response and a closed. This is getting annoying.
