MoP Remix: Landfall achievement impossible to complete with 18 days left of event

The transmogs locked behind the Landfall achievement are undoubtedly the most desired armor pieces in the entire event. With the rep gains being bugged and the amount of time left in the event, it is now impossible to complete the achievement in time before the event ends.

Blizz, if you want to earn a W in what has been a tumultuous pre-patch, please remove the Landfall rep requirements and just let us purchase the transmogs with bronze.

I’ve been having the exact same issue. Blizzard please fix this! I don’t want to miss out on the class sets for the characters I’ve leveled in Timerunning.

You can just go kill the rares that spawn every 20mins and are seemingly never contested.

This is in fact fixed though? Any quest you complete from now forward, has enormous rep gains on it. I went from honored to exalted in like 40 minutes of just doing the quest chain.

They even doubled the rep gains from charm turn ins. One of those rare times blizzard actually came through.

Why do people wait til the end of a limited time event to start doing everything?

You should be able to do it if you do all the faction dailies each day and use the coins for rep. I did it in less than 18 days, idk exactly how many, but it wasn’t that long. It still sucks though.

Some people arrive late to the event.

Also, 2.5 months ago when people reported early problems, they were told by others to pipe down because we’ve got 3 whole months to get it done and there’s no rush.

I’d like to see the achievements fixed. I am exalted with the Sunreaver’s Onslaught, but the achievement is broken and won’t complete as of the recent update, and none of the hotfixes so far have address this.

Do you mean the Opposite Faction’s rare?

Cause ive killed them multiple times and i swear i get no rep for that.

Does it really? cause i just did the dailies and they still give next to nothing.

Did you do this REALLY recently or a while ago? cause this as been bugged for like a week as far as im aware (Since the Pre-Patch)

not impossible - they just need to fix the rep - just doing that campaign gets you the achievement.

Thats the problem, you need the rep for both achievements, the campaign wont progress otherwise.

And at the rate its giving Rep, its gonna be impossible for most people by now unless its fixed.

At this point they should just change the achievement to require only one achievement instead of two, so doing the rare ones gives you the Landfall achievement.

Those were not changed, they doubled the charm turn in from 250 to 500 per ten. The actual landfall quests were changed to how they were previously before the bug.

You’ll still need to grind rep up until whatever your next quest is, but you can hit exalted just from those quests afterwards.

Update: The rep gain has been fixed!

As of last night (August 1 - NA) the quest chain was rewarding the proper amount of rep and let me progress to the next quest in the Landfall campaign.
