I completed what I can see to be everything in Kun-Lai summit, I have the Achievements for the Zone Completion and Campaign Completion, However in my quest Journal the tracker for all the MoP campaign chapters will not flag Kun-Lai as completed by turning green and having the checkmark.

Me too, I have the Achievements for the Zone Completion and Campaign Completion but the MoP campaign chapters dont mark Kun-Lai as completed.
I am in the same situation. Googled a solution and found this thread.
Same situation as the above people. I have achievements completed, but no campaign checkmark, and no fancy quest marker on the map to show me missing anything.
same I cant complete kun lai summit its really sad
