MoP Remix - Do Factions Matter?

I haven’t seen anything from Blizzard on this, but will factions matter in MoP Remix? I know there is no PvP, but regarding queing up for dungeons, will the current format be in play where only same faction can que together. Groups formed otherwise should be x-faction as it is now to enter dungeons/raids manually, but will you be able to support each other in the open world (ie. receive buffs and healing from opposite faction, etc.)?

Most likely current rules will apply.

From my time on the PTR it was purely single faction as it is now, there was no interaction with the other side. It is still MoP, just a jazzed up playstyle of it.
