Warlock pet avoidance is broken in remix and heavily affects demo players. Ive swapped to destro for any group content now, but I shouldnt feel forced to do that.
All of my pets are chronically dying to standard boss aoes and cleave mechs. My pet is not being sent in early OR getting aggro. They are simply dying to UNAVOIDABLE mechanics much earlier than the lock themselves are. Ive had to resummon my pet (close to a 3sec cast after the first time) a total of 6 times for the Megaera fight in Thone. They die to Thok roar, slime on the ground, fire on the ground, bombs in siege etc.
This became noticeable the moment I hit 70 and started doing raids, and has gotten SO MUCH WORSE once I got significant gear and got into heroics. I am less powerful at 450ilvl at 70 in a heroic raid than I was lower geared.
Its either swap to another spec/class or do about 1/3 - 1/4 of my dps on any fight where the boss farts in my felguards direction.
Please look into this.
