Hello, I’ve submitted a ticket hoping to get help with this issue and was told to post this bug here.
The problem is that if you get too many threads at the same time several Cloak of Infinite Potential appearances may be skipped, making it impossible to get them later, I’ve done comparisons with a friend and he has 4 pages of appearances that belong to Cloak of Infinite Potential, and I only have 3 pages of appearances that belong to Cloak of Infinite Potential, among these 17 appearances that I am missing there is one that is exclusive to this event and that cannot be obtained in any way.
I would like to make special importance in granting this exclusive appearance for those of us who have had this problem, I attach the information of this exclusive appearance of Cloak of Infinite Potential, In the same way I also attach 2 screenshots, the first is mine and the second is my friend’s.

Edit: I would like to suggest 2 things to fix this bug.
The first suggestion is to enable an option that prevents the Cloak of Infinite Potential from starting with many threads, that is, it allows you to start as if you had never played and obtained any achievements, in this way it would allow the cloak to obtain the first appearances it is where this problem is.
The second suggestion is that missing appearances are awarded upon unequipping and re-equipping the cape or that the game can verify that you are not missing any appearances.

I had the same bug where I ‘skipped’ 3 of the cloak achievements. I’m missing 15 different appearances related to the Cloak of Infinite Potential as listed by the addon All The Things.

Just to let you know, the screenshot 2 you posted also missing 1 cloak appearance.
It missing the aqua/tale color version of the 16th and 17th cloak of the first page.

I’m having this exact same issue with several missing cloak appearances, particularly the Kor’kron one. I’ve tried contacting customer service in-game with tickets, but they have not exactly been helpful.

Just have to make a bug report in game and post here in the bug report forums. The more people we get reporting bugs, hopefully they’ll fix it.

Sending a ticket will not really work, precisely that is why I have created this post, to report this bug and also for more people to report this bug, it is the only thing we can do right now, the more people report this bug, there are more chances that they will fix it soon.

Yeah, definitely didn’t work sending in a ticket. But I figured it was good idea to try all the steps to try and grab the dev’s attention with bug reporting. This just sucks since I resubbed to WoW specifically to get the Kor’kron cloak appearance.
Bumping this thread since it remains bugged.
I’m leveling an alt (not power leveling, just questing and instance queues) as a friend said you can “re-trigger” the cloak appearances by leveling alts and collecting threads in the normal way, but tbh, I haven’t noticed any of the missing cloak appearances yet despite already being at level 66, especially the Kor’kron one…

Bumping again because yeah, still bugged and still no response from Blizz about these missing appearances.
There are 16 days left until MoP Remix ends and there is still no sign of the missing appearances being added, it’s a real shame that this exclusive appearance is going to be lost due to a bug like this.
Hey, it’s been a while, those of you who have been following this topic may remember that someone from Blizzard mentioned that this issue would be fixed with patch 11.0.5, however today when I entered this new patch I realized that the problem is still not solved, and when I searched for the original post where this fix was talked about I couldn’t find it because it was deleted, however I was able to find wowhead’s post where they talked about this announcement, will this bug finally be fixed or am I missing something? The problem still persists.
Try going to Timeless Isles and speaking with Mistaeaver Ai.

I already checked with my character that I completed everything in MoP Remix and I don’t see anything about cape appearances.
So you went there and she wasn’t selling them? Did you go there on the time runner that earned the achievements? I wouldn’t think it would matter cause they are account wide but maybe.

Hello, I went there on a character that has the account achieve but not time walking character that earned achievement itself and the toys were not there, only the illusion, the calf, and something else that I already have. Not even the tmog appearance of say the chicken backpack was there.
And these items she was showing I already have those.
Did you try going there on the character that earned the achievement?
Other than chicken backpack, what do you believe you should be able to buy. You don’t seem to have really any achievements on the account you’re posting with so I couldn’t look.
You can always put in a bug report in game and let them know if doesn’t seem to be fixed properly.
Hello I went onto the character whom I completed the achievement with and Mistweaver Ai still didn’t have the August Celestial Wings toys nor the Halfhill backpack (the backpack I have already).
I was about to submit a bug report but then I saw this when googling missing the august celestial toys
We are also working on a solution for players who haven’t received the associated toys due to their inventory being full at the time they completed the achievement. We don’t have a date for this solution. In the meantime, Customer Support cannot assist with this issue.
So I guess they’re still working on the toy bug unfortunately 
But at least they’re working on it!
The only thing it doesn’t explain is that appearances/toys like the Halfhill Farmer’s Backpack and Cherry Blossom trail toy still aren’t available from Mistweaver Ai, she’s showing me only some of the items of which I already own.
So hopefully Blizzard can figure out what’s going on because I’m only missing the toys, but I know there were people that missed the backpack for example.
In the new patch 11.0.7 they are implementing the Kor’kron tabard and I am still waiting for them to fix the remix capes where the Kor’kron cape transmog was, it is really sad that after so much time they still haven’t fixed this even though they had said that in version 11.0.5 it would be fixed…
