Good Afternoon, I have done 2 achievement now in MoP Remix which haven’t give me my rewards the first being
" Valley of the Four Winds " which rewards “Halfhill Farmer’s Backpack”, unfortunately my bags were full and the item was never mailed to my character so I am unable to collect the reward
I then redid all the minor achievements for the account wide achievement, on a brand new Character again to see if it would reward me the item again but it did not
The other which is equally concerning is the “Astral Emperor’s Serpent Mount” from “Vale of Eternal Blossoms” same thing but in this case my bags did have space but the mount was never placed in my bag nor was it ever placed in my mount collections.
I am at my wits end as to what to do, I work really hard and rush to get these items before the event ends but now this bug seems to have ruined the effort
I contacted Customer support and it seems they didn’t even look into the matter and just pasted a generic response about UI issues and immediately closed the ticket, how is that at all customer support? I waited 3 days
This is not a UI bug at all, this is a backend system issue and an issue that seems to be wild spread too.

Gms dont fix bugs thats why u got the response u did best thing is to post in bug forums.

Have you check your filters to ensure the items are there? I’ve did the stuff for most of the things in Remix and they worked fine for me.

Iirc it puts an item in your backpack, you use that to actually get the appearance.

Its a known bug, just add to the existing threads in the bug forum and they will fix it when the get to it.
Havent seen an eta on this yet, mine bugged with the astral pet. All we can do is wait

oh yes my apologies small update on the Astral Emperor Serpent that one seems it was fixed yesterday in the morning the Halfhill backpack hasn’t yet

I’m unfortunately in the same boat atm. I got the achievements that give you Chen Stormstout’s Hat, and the AES pet and the Muskpaw Calf pet, but I never got the items I was supposed to get. There’s apparently a bug where having full bags prevented you from getting the item the achievement would’ve given you.
