Good Afternoon, I wasn’t sure were to place this but I have done 2 achievement now in MoP Remix which haven’t give me my rewards the first being
" Valley of the Four Winds " which rewards “Halfhill Farmer’s Backpack”, unfortunately my bags were full and the item was never mailed to my character so I am unable to collect the reward
the other which is equally concerning is the “Astral Emperor’s Serpent Mount” same thing but in this case my bags did have space but the mount was never placed in my bag nor was it ever placed in my mount collections.
I am at my wits end as to what to do, I open a ticket but the ticket response time takes 3 Days for them to reply and there is only 2 days left for the MoP event, I work really hard and rush to get these items before the event ends but now this bug seems to have ruined the effort

Dang it I forget what the achievements were, was it killing rares and doing the raid on LFR I know you only have a couple days but those should be easy.
Do you have any other toons at all or would you be starting fresh?
Your correct those are the achievement killing rares and discovery the map, the issue is I already did those achievement and haven’t gotten my rewards from them
I could be mistaken but I thought when I got all these rewards they were not items but just automatically unlocked and showed up in my mount collection and in my transmog stuff.
Yup, based on a similar experience I had with Torghast box of many things achievement you’ll have to do it again.
I had a toon max out the box but didn’t get my pet, all I got from customer service replies in game and in forums was a link to the wowhead page explaining the achievement UGH
Not sure if still true but someone once said blizzard can’t give you something for an a achievement even if they see the achievement
have you checked your collections? if i remember correctly,i do think that you don’t get a mount in your bags, i think it just goes directly into your collection.
Unfortunately, if doing it again didn’t work, your only hope is to just wait for a ticket to be answered.
Also unfortunately, due to the close proximity of the expansion launch, and the fact they outsourced their support GMs when Microsoft took over, it’ll probably take a while for a response.
That said, it’s also the weekend, which unless the outsourced support is different than NA. Very few, if any, support agents work on weekends.
