Is there something confusing to you about that? Are you unsure what PDT is? Or are you struggling with timezones being a concept? Are you unable to google a timezone calculator to figure out what July 1 PDT means to your timezone?

See… the earth is a globe (according to some people) and Humans decided to split the globe into 24 timezones.
Now, you live about as close to the “east” of the line that starts the timezones on Earth.
The servers, are semi-close to the “west” end of the line, which ends timezones on Earth.
That means… that although it might be July 1st for you, its probably barely June 30th where the servers get turned off and patched.
So, you likely need to wait anywhere from 18-22 hours past any US date/time you see since you LiVe In ThE fUtUrE
