Can’t turn in the new daily quest from Operation: Shieldwall, the NPC that gives quest is Tinkmaster Overspark, shown as completed after looting all 3 Scout-o-Matics
Update: Just disable the Questie addon and it should work.

I’m having the same issue. There are a metric ton of errors/bugs on this patch…
It fixed when I disabled questie… it allowed me to complete the quest via the quest tracker
