Do we know when Mogu’shan will release with MoP Classic, is it on launch or is it time-gated to a week or two after? Would like to know so I can schedule my raid for such.

yea its usually a week or so after the xpac releases to let everyone get maxed out an stuff

We don’t know exactly, but from how they phrased things (particularly regarding the roll out of Celestial dungeons and its loot) it sounds like the entire first tier is being staggered
My guess is we’ll probably have 1 week before MSV releases, then 2 weeks for the first round of Celestial dungeons, another 2 weeks before Heart of Fear, 1 week for Terrace of Endless Spring, 1 week for Heart of Fear Celestials, then a final week for Terrace Celestials. With another 2 weeks following that, that will put the 5.1 release about the same time as 4.1 after Cata launch. Since 5.1 is another interim patch, it can be released a little early as people will still be running T14 until Throne of Thunder launches, probably 2-3 months after 5.1 similar to 4.1 - Firelands

What they tend to do is release the expansion on Tuesday, then let one reset go and do global raid release on Thursday, which means depending on your region you have up to 10 days time to prepare.
Will it be the same in MoP Reforged? Hard to tell because of dailies. Maybe they give 2 weeks so people can get rep pre bis items.
