Yesterday, on Faerlina, on this character: Stood around with a huge group of people waiting on spawn for about an hour and a half(not a bug, bug ugh). The fight was very laggy. When it was over, I didn’t see any loot(it went to my mail, also not a problem).
I clicked to use my bonus roll, and the roll started spinning like a slot machine wheel non-stop. Eventually, I used the /reload command. The roll disappeared and no Elder Charm was consumed. Now here is the real problem. In spite of no charm being consumed, the next time that I stood around waiting on the boss to spawn again(omg this is a slog), on kill, there was no option to use my bonus roll that had not been consumed before, in spite of the prior buggy experience with the roll.
I saw several people make the same complaint, including one of my guildmates who was in on the same kill. Please look into this.
